All our support is carried out from our offices in Sutton, Surrey through remote connection to the customer's sites. We don't even need to be on site to provide our services, but with our remote connections our customers feel that we are. And with our unique support pricing structure (we charge a minimal monthly retention to cover costs, with support charged on time-and-materials basis for the time used) you're never charged for a service that you don't use.
